Which tine spacing should I choose?
|
|
Our buckets with 6” spacing allow more soil to filter through. Contractors
who have to pay for emptying dumpsters or for customers who want to leave as
much soil as possible in place usually choose a bucket with 6” spacing. Those
who want to handle rocks or smaller pieces of debris find the 4” spacing a
good choice. Also, for some who are using smaller machines making weight an
issue and who need closer spacing the 6” tine spacing bucket can be built with
smaller filler bars between the tines.

Are the cylinders and hoses protected?
|
|
When in the raised position, the grapple arms protect the cylinders. On our
buckets for skid steers the hoses feed through the raised step on the bucket.
Most machine manuals address the placement of attachment hoses to give the best
protection. That will vary by machine.

What is included with the bucket?
|
|
Our buckets include the cylinders and a hose kit. Because there are different
styles of hydraulic quick couplers used to connect hoses to the machine they
are not included in the hose kit; however, we have two styles of 1⁄2” flat
face hydraulic quick couplers available for our customers who know that is
what they need. Please see our accessories
page.
